At Vrikz, we strive to provide the best gardening products and services to our customers. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below:


1. Order Cancellation:

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us at WhatsApp +91 79745975991 with your order ID.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened seed packets
Used gardening tools or products
Customized or perishable items (like live plants) unless damaged during delivery


3. Refund Process:

Approval: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
