We deliver across India, ensuring that your seeds, plants, and gardening products reach you in the best condition.

2. Processing Time:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details once your order is placed.

3. Delivery Time:

Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days due to courier service availability.
Delays: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping: On orders above 499/-.
Standard Shipping Charges: Applied based on order weight, size, and delivery location. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your shipment through the provided link.

6. Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delivery Guidelines:

Please provide a complete and accurate address with a valid contact number to avoid delays.
Inspect the package at the time of delivery. If it's damaged, refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.

8. International Shipping:

Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping.
